Yoga is a healthful experience for the mind, body and soul. Here at One Community Spiritual Center, we offer a wide variety of Yoga classes. Both daytime and evening classes are available.

We have returned from Mwanza, Tanzania where we went to help build a birthing center. Our time in Africa had a deep and profound impact on us all and we look forward to sharing our experiences with you.

Join us for Lessons From Tanzania Saturdays and Sundays beginning July 11th. And be with us Saturday Night July 18th following the 6:00 PM service as our team shares their experiences, models their African clothing, shows their souvenirs and answers your questions.
